These terms set the baseline rules for using QuoteStack. They are written to reduce ambiguity in the exact places this product creates risk: workspace access, public supplier submissions, approval links, and recurring billing.

QuoteStack helps teams organize supplier quote requests, compare commercial inputs, and document lightweight approval activity. It is a workflow and recordkeeping tool only.
Unless a separate written order form, master subscription agreement, or service agreement says otherwise, QuoteStack does not negotiate on your behalf, verify supplier credentials, issue purchase orders, receive payments as your agent, or guarantee any supplier outcome.
You are responsible for all activity under your workspace, including the users, suppliers, and approvers you invite or send public links to.
Anyone creating an account, sending a public link, submitting a quote, or recording an approval decision through QuoteStack represents that they are authorized to act for themselves or their organization for that purpose.
You keep responsibility for the information you put into QuoteStack, including deal data, supplier contact details, quotes, notes, and approval comments.
You must only upload, store, or share information that you have the right to use and disclose. You must not use the service to submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
Public supplier submission links are provided so suppliers or customer team members can submit commercial information into a customer workspace. Submitting a quote through QuoteStack does not obligate the customer to purchase, award, negotiate further, or keep the supplier information confidential beyond the commitments the customer has separately made.
Suppliers and customer representatives using submission links should provide complete and accurate information to the best of their knowledge and should not include information they are not authorized to disclose.
Approval links record a workflow decision inside QuoteStack. Each approval link is created for one selected quote. Unless the customer separately issues a purchase order, contract, award letter, or other binding document, an approval recorded in QuoteStack is not by itself a final commercial commitment to any supplier.
Customers are responsible for defining who has approval authority inside their organization and for verifying that the person using an approval link is authorized to do so.
Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in the Billing Policy. If there is a conflict between the Billing Policy and a separate written order form or master subscription agreement, the written commercial agreement controls.
Third-party billing and payment processing may be handled by providers such as Stripe. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
QuoteStack may update the service, improve security controls, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect customer data, address platform issues, or comply with legal obligations.
You should keep your own records of critical purchasing decisions and export or retain copies of data you need for compliance, audit, or supplier management.
QuoteStack provides software functionality only. Information presented in the product, including rankings, normalized FX values, suggested winners, and activity history, is for workflow support and does not replace commercial judgment, legal review, tax review, or procurement diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
If you believe there is a billing issue, privacy concern, data error, or misuse of a public link, contact QuoteStack first so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected quickly.
If you are using QuoteStack under a separate written agreement, the dispute, venue, and governing law provisions in that agreement control.
