Billing Policy

This policy is written to make trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund expectations explicit before a workspace starts a paid plan.

Trials

  • QuoteStack's self-serve Team plan currently starts with a 15-day free trial, followed by the paid plan shown at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • When the launch offer is shown at checkout, QuoteStack applies 50% off the first 2 paid months automatically. No manual promo code is required.
  • Free trials are limited to one eligible customer. QuoteStack may restrict repeat trials, email alias retries, or company-domain retries that appear designed to avoid billing.
  • Cancel the subscription before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.

Recurring billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
  • The billed plan, price, currency, and subscription quantity are the amounts shown in checkout, the customer portal, or any separate written order form.
  • QuoteStack's self-serve Team plan covers up to 3 workspace members. Larger teams may require enterprise pricing or a separate written order form.

Cancellations

  • Customers can manage billing details and cancellations through the Stripe-hosted customer portal linked from the QuoteStack billing settings page.
  • Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, canceling a subscription stops future renewals and the subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where QuoteStack agrees otherwise in writing.
  • Deleting a workspace, removing users, or choosing not to use the product after a renewal does not automatically create a refund right.

Taxes and failed payments

  • Taxes, duties, levies, or similar government charges may be added where required and are the customer’s responsibility unless the order form expressly states otherwise.
  • If a payment fails, QuoteStack may limit access to paid features until billing is brought back into good standing.

Billing questions and chargebacks

  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact QuoteStack before opening a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed quickly with billing records and subscription history.
  • If you are using QuoteStack under a separate order form or master subscription agreement, that agreement controls if it conflicts with this policy.
