• Website visitor and attribution data such as page visits, referral details, and company-level visitor signals from analytics or sales intelligence tools.
• Billing records and subscription metadata processed through providers such as Stripe.

How we use data

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the QuoteStack service.
• Support account access, workspace collaboration, billing, and customer requests.
• Understand website traffic, attribute marketing performance, and identify business visitors that may be interested in QuoteStack.

Sharing and processors

We share personal information with trusted service providers that help run QuoteStack, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, sales intelligence, and billing providers. Today that includes providers such as Supabase, Stripe, and website visitor analytics tools. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or in connection with a business transaction.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit trails, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
