Free landed-cost calculator

Estimate the cost that actually arrives at your door.

Separate cost treatment from cost amount so included freight and excluded tax are not both mistaken for zero.

Use this calculator for an early comparison. Customs valuation and tax rules vary by product and country, so verify final duty and tax with your broker or finance team.

Quoted amount$25,000.00
Added freight$0.00
Estimated duty$1,250.00
Estimated tax$3,412.50
Other costs$0.00

Estimated landed cost

$29,662.50

Duty is estimated on the quoted amount plus added freight. Excluded tax is estimated on that customs value plus duty.

A transparent estimate

The result shows the quoted amount, added freight, estimated duty, estimated tax, and other costs separately.

Included is not the same as zero

An included cost is already inside the supplier’s amount. An excluded cost must be added. Unknown treatment should remain visible until someone confirms it.

Landed-cost questions

What is landed cost?

Landed cost is the estimated total cost of obtaining goods at their destination, including the supplier price and applicable freight, duty, tax, insurance, and handling.

Why are freight and tax statuses separate?

A source can say freight is included or tax is excluded without stating a separate amount. Keeping status separate prevents an unstated cost from being treated as zero.

Is this a customs or tax quote?

No. It is a planning estimate. Confirm classification, duty, tax base, exemptions, and local rules with qualified advisers.

QuoteStack keeps source amounts, treatment, reviewed adjustments, and the final decision together.
